This ensures that the text is covered by the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license (CC BY 4.0) and also authorizes the article to be translated and published in languages deemed appropriate for its visibility and impact. NOTE: The journal changed its CC BY-NC-ND license to a CC BY license in 2020.

The journal has an annual frequency and will publish special thematic issues at the initiative of the editor, committee members, or external collaborators, and publication may occur in an extraordinary (additional) issue within the volume.
