Structural Determinant Shortcomings’ Preliminary Analysis of the Competitiveness Levels in the Dairy Chain from Bogotá’s Savanna

The article examines the dairy chain from Bogotá Savanna’s variables that affect the links of herds, processors and marketers, having in mind the following aspects: logistics, production, and quality. The investigation used amfe method to perform the analysis; we explaine how such variables were studied to establish which of them have a greater incidence, and in that way generate more competitiveness
by means of anova statistical variance test. The results allow different studied links’ managers, from small to medium companies as well, to estimate the potential of each of the variables analyzed to improve the
mentioned aspects.
