Entrepreneurial Social Responsibility : A Challenge. Conceptualization And Perspectives

Nowadays, the topic of corporate social responsibility has had an unusual rise in the public and private field. It supports multiple concepts, but all agree on an approach based on implementing programs and policies that integrate a framework of respect for ethical values, people, communities and the environment, to contribute to sustainable development. The article presents a conceptualization around this issue and outlines some perspectives for its implementation in the enterprise from the strategic point of view. In the same way, it explains which the groups of interest are and their commitment to corporate responsibility, as well as it presents arguments on why organizations should be “socially responsible”.
