    Propuesta estratégica hacia 2030

    Conocimiento estudiantil, flexibilidad curricular e innovación docente

    Este artículo presenta una propuesta estratégica hacia 2030 para la Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, orientada a fortalecer su identidad cooperativa y multicampus mediante la articulación del conocimiento estudiantil, la flexibilidad curricular y la innovación docente. A partir del análisis de tendencias globales en educación superior —como la analítica del aprendizaje, la formación por competencias, el uso responsable de la inteligencia artificial, las microcredenciales y el bienestar estudiantil— se propone una hoja de ruta que integra la caracterización continua del estudiantado, el rediseño curricular matricial y el desarrollo profesoral como ejes de transformación institucional. La propuesta enfatiza el rol del profesorado como diseñador de experiencias de aprendizaje, mediador ético y actor polímata, así como la necesidad de construir trayectorias educativas flexibles, pertinentes y equitativas. Finalmente, se plantea que la identidad cooperativa puede constituirse en una ventaja adaptativa para responder a los desafíos de empleabilidad, compromiso territorial y legitimidad social de la universidad hacia 2030.
