Virtual Course in Project Management for the Presentation of Reparation Proposals by Members of the Public Force Before the Special Jurisdiction for Peace

Introduction: This article shows the results of how VLEs become an essential tool for both the structure and design, as well as for the execution of any type of virtual course.

Methodology: The socio-constructivist methodological approach and learning by competencies allow the approach of the mixed-cut investigative purpose. The curricular structure supported in the course is based on the Know-Be-Do triad, and is articulated through the SOLO taxonomy.

Results: The virtual course in project management for the presentation of reparation proposals by members of the public force before the Special Jurisdiction for Peace, with its six modules shared through Moodle, embraces the Social-Ad strategy to reach the target population. The pilot test is applied to 11 participants and offers satisfactory results. The survey records impressions and recommendations; The report on the evaluation standards and the report on the development of the course and the performance of the participants are addressed.

Conclusions: Addressing the curricular themes in project management taking advantage of virtual environments turns out to be favorable, predicting the effectiveness of its implementation among its users.
