    Un análisis de la relación entre juicio moral, racismo y activismo

    Esta investigación, que tiene un diseño cuantitativo, buscó indagar en la relación entre el juicio moral y la acción política para reducir los prejuicios en la sociedad, centrándose en el activismo político y el racismo moderno. Partió de la premisa de que el juicio moral está vinculado a las concepciones que las personas tienen sobre la realidad social y sus diversos grupos, y que estas concepciones pueden afectar la forma en que las personas actúan políticamente o su intención de hacerlo. En este estudio participaron 130 brasileños, quienes completaron un formulario virtual diseñado para evaluar el juicio moral, el racismo moderno, la ideología política, la disposición a tomar medidas para reducir los prejuicios y promover la diversidad, así como la intención de participar en acciones políticas en forma de activismo. Los datos se analizaron utilizando IBM SPSS y se encontró que el juicio moral convencional estaba relacionado con el conservadurismo político, una mayor tendencia al racismo y una menor disposición a participar en acciones políticas destinadas a reducir los prejuicios y fomentar la diversidad. Además, se observó que este juicio moral se relaciona con una menor intención de llevar a cabo acciones activistas, incluso aquellas dirigidas a defender al propio grupo. En resumen, los diferentes enfoques cualitativos del juicio moral individual están asociados con distintas formas de pensar sobre la sociedad y actuar en ella.
