El concepto de trabajo decente
el caso de México antes y después de la pandemia por la Covid-19
La presente investigación busca contribuir al análisis del reciente Plan de las Naciones Unidas para la Preservación del Medio Ambiente en el Mundo Agenda 2030, cuyo objetivo número ocho contempla la ne-cesidad de que todas las naciones la implementen en sus agendas, con enfasis en el trabajo decente, el cual establece que las personas que realicen una actividad productiva obtengan un ingreso justo, seguridad en el lugar de trabajo y protección social para sus familias. Todo esto implica una relación entre el trabajo decente y el crecimiento económico, observada directamente en los sectores productivos que sostienen una economía en particular. El presente artículo es una investigación de tipo documental con alcance explicativo, a partir del análisis de artículos científicos y publicaciones de organismos internacionales. La actualidad de este docu-mento radica en que se analizará la relación existente entre los conceptos de empleo decente y crecimiento económico en México, en el marco del impacto que la pandemia por covid-19 ocasionó en todos los sectores productivos y en el empleo. Se aterriza sobre ideas y conceptos específicos que muestran cómo debería verse reflejado en la sociedad y quiénes son los responsables de velar por este fin social.
