La filosofía de la ciencia y los derechos humanos en el ordenamiento jurídico colombiano

Tema y alcance: este artículo de investigación incursiona y profundiza en el concepto de la ciencia social como elemento transformador de la sociedad. Es clave una visión desde el derecho como una ciencia que regula el comportamiento de los seres humanos para mejorar sus condiciones de vida.
Características: la sociedad requiere más humanización y menos números fríos. Las estadísticas y los diagnósticos no son agentes de cambio; por el contrario, el hombre sí.
Hallazgos: el principal punto angular fue la demostración de que la filosofía de la ciencia puede ser una opción de transformación.
Conclusiones: una sociedad basada en el respeto de los derechos humanos y fundada en la dignidad del ser humano es el camino hacia una justicia social. Filosofar, pensar y amar la sabiduría es una opción para la evolución. La ciencia se puede humanizar.
