Acuerdos regionales y la Organización Mundial del Comercio (OMC)
Objetivo: con el acelerado incremento de la integración económica en la actualidad, cobra vital importancia abordar el estudio de los Acuerdos Comerciales Regionales (ACR).
Metodología: el presente artículo constituye un análisis de los aspectos más relevantes de los acr en el marco de Sistema Multilateral de Comercio.
Resultados: el incremento de los acr se convierte en un reto para la vigencia del Sistema Multilateral de Comercio que debe recurrir a lograr los consensos necesarios para evitar su desaparición.
