Recommendations for a job analysis

This article is intended to illustrate the importance of job analysis and description process for deployment of organizational strategy. To locate such process within human management, it’s necessary to structure it from theory, which generally describes this tool’s applications and advantages. With this purpose different theories are addressed, covering history, decomposing basic elements to facilitate its understanding, and establishing a differentiation with some similar interpretation concepts. Thus we expose easily the procedure and methods used for description and analysis of positions.
