The article presents research results conducted to characterize the analysis of clinical case as a pedagogical method that encourages learning in psychology students. Clinical case’s presentation is the strategy that enables report one by one, and it is a tool that characterizes the clinical practice as a theoretical as well as a practical field. Its implementation allows understanding the transference logic, the theory’s labor, the emergence of the signifier as the supreme value of clinical act. Using case presentation enables understanding of clinical work, elements that constitute it and mainly learning of those who contribute to its development as listeners. This research takes as clinic cases those people who consult psychology services from the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia. A special framework is performed on them, which allows student practitioners from tenth semester to make a research job that favors clinical practice within the institution.
