Scope: scientific, international, electronic, open-access journal, peer-reviewed by external reviewers (double blind), covering the areas of law, public policy, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. It publishes research and review articles written in Spanish, English, Portuguese, and French. It is aimed at researchers and its publication has no cost.
