    Latrogenia de la empresa familiar

    Focando em diferentes pontos de vista sobre o lado sombrio do empreendedorismo (LSE), este estudo tem como objetivo relacionar os potenciais elementos identificados como iatrogenia de empresas familiares (IEF), onde esses elementos podem colocar a empresa familiar (EF) em risco, sugerindo-se que seja uma contribuição para os estudos de EF, uma perspectiva inovadora. A literatura sobre empreendedorismo e EF foi selecionada e analisada de acordo com o framework do "lado sombrio", utilizando o método de revisão de escopo. Os resultados sugerem que muitas perspectivas ainda estão abertas para pesquisa, começando com uma clarificação e uma definição mais precisa, não apenas do próprio construto, mas também das forças que impulsionam esse lado sombrio, que podem desenvolver IEF e a metástase da EF. Este estudo tem implicações para o desenvolvimento de políticas públicas, a criação de programas de treinamento para empresas familiares em vários níveis, políticas públicas voltadas para EF, pequenas, médias e grandes empresas, governos e universidades, famílias empreendedoras e, de maneira geral, para o ecossistema empreendedor, a fim de estabelecer estratégias que possam antecipar e abordar essa questão para prevenir uma possível descontinuidade da EF, dado o estado atual da maioria das economias.
